Friendly, professional, and knowledgable! They gave me a few options, including calling the power company to see if they would remove it at no charge. I also asked them to look at other trees I needed to remove while they were here. I will update the review once all the work is done, but very impressed with them so far! McGraw‘s immediately made arrangements to come to our home within two hours to rescue the cat. They also tried to do it gratuitously but we insisted on paying them.
